Ready to Eat!
As you can see, one batch only makes about 1/2 a dinner plateful. I could easily eat 2 or 3 batches for a meal. 3 times a day. For several days in a row. Actually... I have been.
And I still love my Amarosa Pink Fingerling potatoes best for fries. I love Purple potatoes best for eating cold and Yukon golds best for mashed potatoes (they're also mixed with the pink oven fries here).
No recipe: I just bake them 40 minutes, refrigerate, then slice them with a crinkle cutter and bake another 20-22 minutes. I like them to dip them in mustard.
Mmmmmm, yumsauce!
